Cancel a booking, and when you are charged

Open the booking and click "Cancel booking". Any cancellation fee is shown before you confirm.

What you pay depends on the rate's cancellation policy. A non-refundable rate is charged in full.

A cancellation can't be undone.

You can't cancel one room or one night. Cancel the booking, then book again for what you need.

Only the login that made the booking can cancel it. See Log in with a shared email address.

Can't see "Cancel booking"? It disappears at 11:00, hotel time, on the check-out day. Email info@staze.com.
